Complete an Entry Form and send it with a cheque for the entry fee $15.00 per team member (make cheques payable to Eastern Downs District Association Nighthawk Sub-Committee) and send to:
Entries close 25th July 2008. Entries will only be accepted if they are accompanied by the appropriate fee. If you wish to make changes to your team after submitting your entry, you must advise in writing before 31st July 2008. Entries are limited to 120 Scout Teams (maximum 2 per troop) and 50 Venturer Scout Teams, and will be accepted on first in first accepted basis until all places are filled. Get your entry in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
