Welcome to the Operation Nighthawk Web Page

Operation Nighthawk is one of the best activities available to Scouts and Venturer Scouts.  It is an overnight hike during which teams pass through a series of activity bases or checkpoints and are scored on their performance at each activity.  These activities may include compass work, scouting ideals, etc.  Satisfactory completion of Nighthawk satisfies the requirements for the Scout Pioneer level hike and Venturer Scout Initiative Course.
